Baby Yoga for ages 18 months and younger and their parent or caregiver at 9:00 AM

Baby yoga is a great way to promote your baby’s physical and mental development. It can help your baby develop gross and fine motor skills, the ability to engage in voluntary movements, and have a better understanding of their body in the surrounding environment. It can also promote relaxation to ease your baby into a restful sleep. Just wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat and water if you like.

 

Preschool Yoga for ages 19 months to 6 years and their parent or caregiver at 10:00 AM

Join us for a fun and family-friendly yoga session for kids and their parents or caregivers. We will do some breathing exercises, warm up the body, and practice some yoga poses. We will power down with some stretches and relaxation techniques. These programs help kids feel calm, energized, and playful.
