In case you missed it, Texas Transportation Commissioner Jeff Moseley recently authored an op-ed that appeared this past weekend in the Houston Chronicle
to mark a grim milestone in the Lone Star State – a 15-year streak of daily deaths on Texas roads. Yes, since Nov. 7, 2000, at least one fatality has occurred each and every day on state roadways. That's more than 50,000 Texas lives lost over 5,478 consecutive days.
