WATER PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND (CRF)
The City of Harker Heights is offering a Coronavirus Water Payment Assistance Grant Program for those Harker Heights’ residents and business owners enduring financial hardships due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The application period opens at 8:00 a.m. on October 19, 2020 and applications are due by November 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Applicants must meet all of the criteria and submit all required documentation in order to qualify for the grant program. For those residents who need assistance but do not qualify for the grant program, please contact us to see if you qualify to participate in an extended payment plan program.
Please note that the City of Harker Heights Water Department will be resuming water disconnections due to non-payment beginning the week of January 4, 2021.
