Deposit Waiver Program for Military

The City of Harker Heights has established a deposit of waiver program;this program is available to active-duty military personnel only. If you are active duty and would like to participate in the program, a letter of waiver can be obtained from the Copeland Housing Office. The letter of waiver must be  made out to Harker Heights Water Department and submitted to the Finance Department within 5 days.
