BYOB Business Regulations

On April 14, 2020, the Harker Heights City Council adopted Ordinance 2020-10 which regulates all existing and future BYOB businesses in the city. This ordinance is designed to help ensure the safety and security of BYOB business patrons and staff, as well as provide clarity in the Harker Heights Code of Ordinances in regulating BYOB businesses. As of the adoption of this ordinance, all BYOB businesses in the city are required to have a BYOB Permit to operate. Failure to obtain a BYOB Permit or committing a violation of any of the BYOB Ordinance regulations may result in civil and criminal penalties.
