The City issued one (1) new commercial construction permit within the month of March.
1. 3045 Stillhouse Lake Rd. – New Commercial Tenant Finish-Out (Eco Blue Spa).
o 2,990 square feet valued at $20,000.
To date (March 28, 2019) the City has issued a total of six (6) commercial permits totaling $44,958,325 in project valuation for 2019.
The City has issued a total of twenty-two (22) permits for single-family residential construction within the month of March.

· 12 residences in Cedarbrook Ridge
· 2 residences in Tuscany Meadows
· 4 residences in Stonewall Ridge
The City has issued a total of zero (0) permits for two-family (duplex) residential construction within the month of March.
To date (April 1, 2019) the City has issued a total of forty-five (45) residential permits in 2019; forty-three (43) single-family permits, two (2) two-family permits, and zero (0) multi-family permits.
As of April 1, 2019 the estimated population for the City of Harker Heights is 30,361 residents. This calculation is based off the total of active residential water accounts (10,257) multiplied by persons per occupied unit (2.96). According to the US Census, the population in 2010 was 26,700 residents.
