The City issued zero (0) commercial construction permits through April 30, 2015.
To date (April 30, 2015) the City has issued a total of three (3) commercial permits totaling $14,350,000 in commercial permit values for 2015.
The City has issued twenty-nine (29) permits for single-family residential construction through April 30, 2015.

• 2 residence in Warrior’s Ridge
• 12 residences in Tuscany Meadows
• 1 residence in The Grove at Whitten Place
• 7 residences in Knight’s Ridge
The City has issued three (3) permits for a two-family (duplex) residential construction through April 30, 2015.
• 3 Duplexes in Comanche Land – Pontotoc Trace
To date (April 30, 2015) the City has issued a total of eighty-three (83) residential permits in 2015.
Based on residential permits received to date, April 30, 2015, the estimated population of Harker Heights is 29,295 residents. According to the US Census, the population in 2010 was 26,700 residents.
