U.S. Department of Energy – Weatherization Program
The U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Program provides funding for installing devices that improve the weatherization of homes and thereby increase energy efficiency. USDA – Rural Programs
The USDA has programs for rural improvements. While the definition of “rural” may prohibit many who live within the City’s boundaries from applying, the opportunities provided may apply to those with properties outside of the City’s boundaries.
