CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HARKER HEIGHTS, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on September 07, 2010, and continuing from day to day thereafter if necessary the City Council of the City of Harker Heights, Texas will hold a Meeting in the Kitty Young Council Chamber at 305 Millers Crossing, Harker Heights, Texas 76548.  The subjects to be discussed are listed in the following agenda:

1. Conduct a Public Hearing to discuss and consider an ordinance adopting and approving a budget for the City of Harker Heights, Texas for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011 and take the appropriate action.  (Finance Director)

2. Conduct a Public Hearing to discuss and consider approving an ordinance levying a tax rate for the City of Harker Heights, Texas for the Tax Year 2010 and take the appropriate action.  (Finance Director)

3. Conduct a Public Hearing to discuss and consider approving an ordinance prescribing and setting the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 rates and charges of the City of Harker Heights, Texas; penalties for non-payment; and providing an effective date and take the appropriate action.  (Finance Director)

V. New Business:

Discuss and consider adopting a resolution awarding Grant Consultant Services to Langford Community Management Services for the Texas Community Development Block Grant and take the appropriate action.  (Finance Director)

At 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2010, an original copy of this notice was posted at the Harker Heights Municipal Building.
